About Us
A sourcing partner rooted in Indian farmland, accountable at your port.
Vadexco began with a simple frustration shared by importers everywhere: samples that never match the container. We built the company backwards from that problem — fixed grower networks, documented grading, and one export manager owning your order from purchase contract to bill of lading.
Our Export Mission
To move Indian agricultural and botanical produce to global B2B buyers with absolute consistency — every consignment matching the approved sample in grade, moisture, aroma and documentation, shipped on the sailing we promised.
- · Price transparently, with no hidden loading or handling margins.
- · Test before dispatch, not after a buyer complaint.
- · Pay growers fairly and on time so supply stays reliable in a tight season.
- · Answer every enquiry within one working day, in the buyer's time zone.
Our Vision
To be the export house that international buyers name first when they need Indian spices, vegetables, Ayurvedic herbals or essential oils — recognised less for volume than for the fact that nothing goes wrong.
- · Traceability from farm plot to container seal across all four verticals.
- · Long-term annual contracts rather than one-off spot trades.
- · A grower base that grows income alongside our order book.
- · Value-added processing and private-label capability in every category.

How we source
Fewer suppliers, watched closely
We work with a deliberately small set of growers, cooperatives and distillation units across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Each is audited annually, and our field team is present during peak harvest for grading and lot booking. Spot buying from open mandis happens only when a buyer's timeline demands it — and it is always disclosed.
Fair grower terms
Advance-backed procurement and settlement within seven days of intake.
Responsible processing
Solar drying where possible, sulphur-free treatment and recyclable packing.
Sourcing map
Where our material actually comes from
India's growing belts are highly regional, and quality follows geography. We buy each line where it grows best rather than from whichever trader is nearest.
Tamil Nadu
Turmeric from Erode, senna from Tinnevelly, moringa and drumstick, tuberose and jasmine for absolutes.
Kerala
Black pepper, small cardamom, ginger, clove and nutmeg from Idukki and Wayanad.
Karnataka
Byadgi chilli, sandalwood, vetiver, coriander and coffee-belt botanicals.
Gujarat & Rajasthan
Cumin, fennel, fenugreek, psyllium and ajwain out of the Unjha complex.
Madhya Pradesh
Ashwagandha, soy and pulse lines, garlic, and organic-certified spice blocks.
Andhra & Telangana
Guntur and Teja chilli, Nizamabad turmeric, dehydrated onion and chilli powders.
Uttar Pradesh
Mentha and menthol crystals, aromatic attars from Kannauj, mint terpenes.
Maharashtra
Onion from Nashik, pomegranate belt produce, oleoresin and extraction units.
North-East India
Lemongrass, citronella, patchouli, king chilli and wild-collected botanicals.
Standards we work to
Compliance is a process, not a certificate on a wall
Our processing partners run documented HACCP plans, and our export desk keeps every registration current so a consignment never waits on paperwork.
FSSAI & IEC
Licensed food business and registered exporter with AD codes at all loading ports.
APEDA & Spices Board
Registered for agricultural, processed food and spice exports.
ISO 22000 / HACCP
Partner units audited annually with documented CCPs and traceability drills.
Organic & speciality
NPOP, NOP and EU organic, Kosher and Halal certification on planned volumes.
Sustainability
What responsible sourcing means in practice
Grower income
Advance-backed procurement, settlement within seven days of intake and multi-season commitments so farmers can plan planting rather than gamble on spot prices.
Resource use
Solar and shade drying wherever the crop allows, water recycling at washing lines, and distillation spent-biomass returned to fields or used as boiler fuel.
Packaging
Recyclable jute and paper where the product permits, right-sized cartons to cut void space, and reusable drums on repeat oil programmes.
